I just found this great new blog by Caroline of The Zen in You -- Zen Prayers.
You can just read what she posts and comment, or you can email her prayers to have them posted.
Now, even the medical community admits that prayer helps, even (or especially) when you don't know the person you're praying for and the person being prayed for is unaware.
Again, we are all energy and we are able to direct our energy...so why not direct some to someone else?

I firmly believe the prayer works. That is why I practice the lovingkindness prayer each day, among others. Thank you for featuring these sites, they're wonderful!
Wow!! Funny how the universe works...I just finished sitting on my patio, eating lunch, and reading an article about the benefits of prayer in the new Yoga Journal I received yesterday. I put the dishes away, sat down at the computer for a second...and here I am. Wow!! I love those kind of oracles!!! Couldn't scream louder if they had a voice!
